Firstly, like to pass on our regrets to Cheryl who’s grandmother passed away at an age we all strive to achieve, 90! Our thoughts are with you. She sounds like she was quite the lady.

10 Minutes of “Cindy” style
On the minute do for 10 min:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats

If fail to make it on one round, rest the next minute and then resume.

Rest 5 Min

Push/Split Jerk
3-2-2-1-1

Give yourself good rest between sets. It should take as long to do Part 1 as it does Part 2!

If you’re Squat Clean, yes that is what I mean when I say Clean, is not solid in the catch do a Power Clean. Catch at a depth you can control well, you can Front Squat it from the catch or just stand it up. To clean this well you MUST be solid in the receiving position. No power dumps of ankles or knees caving in!

The Teens did 5×3 Front Squats and then 4 rounds of the following:

5 Front Squats (60% of 3RM)
7 Ring Dips
9 Barbell Burpees
