July 20, 2010

A big crowd and a bit workout today. Hope you hands are callous free and if you’ve already done this then take care of your hands.

1000m Run
5 Rounds of
25 Pullups
7 Push Jerk/Press (135/95)

There was a time limit of 20 mins on this one and a caveat for the pull-ups. I won’t bother explaining it at length as the AM crowd already knows and the PM crowd can find out later :)

PM crew, bring your tape, crazy glue or whatever else is needed to keep your hands together!

I think I’ll take the caveat option for the pullups. Lingering elbow injury and anything over 50 pullups has it flare up.
