The CrossFit Games have crowned new champions in Kristan Clever for the women and Graham Holmberg for the men, Affiliate Team winner Fort Vancouver, Masters men Brian Curley and Masters women Laurie Carver. Now the prep begins for the 2011 Games!

hehehe…. No rafter concerns with the wider grip for the snatch. I miss you guys too. I’m on vacation for a few weeks but will stop by for a Tues or Wed evening workout in August.
Cindy…yeah, I think you are right that the lack of yelling makes a difference. Maybe I’ll make a yelling track and somehow mix it in with my MP3′s.
I did 8:15 Yo, at 45#. I think its the lack of yelling, and for me, no rubber plates to drop/bounce.
