Saturday, March 6, 2010 – “Filthy Fifty”
All classes (including a modified version for the Teens) hit the Filthy Fifty today which is:
50 Box Jumps
50 Jumping Pull Ups
50 Kettle Bell Swings
50 Walking Lunges
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press
50 GHD Back Extensions (or Supermans)
50 Wall Ball Shots
50 Burpees (ugh)
50 Double Unders
As always this was a brutal workout but the numbers were very good with a lot of people showing significant improvement. Nathan crushed this and would have probably been in the 17′s if it wasn’t for the double unders.

Greetings from out West – Kyle and I just got back from Crossfit Calgary what a great spot they have here. DJ Wickham was running the clas today “The Bear” Kyle was happy to see all bar work and no burpees. DJ was big fans of our shirts and said we’d have to swap when we are in May. Crossfit is awesome
Agreed Amanda. I was able to go to crossfit trinity here in Florida today. Great gym with fantastic instruction. Lotsa fire breathers born here. Jeeze.
Gotta say I loved today’s workout – it was brutal but an awesome challenge – and I am always pumped after finishing an intimidating workout! Yay Crossfit!
Always a love-hate relationship with the Filthy!
I want to try this one someday, but always miss it. Next time!
Gonna get my revenge on this one.
Great workout yesterday… heading to Brookvale Nordic Centre today for some tubing, xcountry skiing, and vitamin D ….hoping the active recovery will help out with the sore muscles.
Check out CrossFit Trinity- there is a smokin’ picture Cheryl on their website takin’ care of business.
