A big am crew went after a WOD that had a fair amount of Pulling movements.

I’ve heard Cheryl’s car was broken into while in Fla. and some stuff stolen. She should have had Bish there in his hockey gear to chase them!

    Did this workout at lunch in school’s new wellness center.
    Substituted pushups for pulls ups. I’ll have to get our athletic director to install a pull up bar! 9:40 (105 pounds on deadlift)
