Saturday, February 6, 2010 – More AMRAPs
After warming up, we hit another multiple stage AMRAP similar to Monday but with different exercises in each round. The workout was:
3:00 AMRAP 7 Power Cleans and 7 Ball Slams
3:00 Rest
3:00 AMRAP 7 Power Snatch and 7 Ring Dips
3:00 Rest
3:00 AMRAP 7 Front Squat and 7 Burpees
3:00 Rest
3:00 AMRAP 7 Push Press and 7 Wall Balls
You had to choose a weight that you could do for each stage Everyone paired up on the bars so that we could do it all at once.
What was the best part? What was the worst?
The Teens class worked on double unders and then did a 3 round WOD of:
7 Pull Ups
10 Double Unders
The Fundamentals class worked on the Sumo Deadlift High Pull after reviewing the Med Ball Clean. Their workout was an 8:00 AMRAP of:
7 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
7 Push Ups
7 Air Squats
Great efforts by everyone. Glad to see all the log books out but a lot of people forgot to get their scores on the white board. What we do have will be posted later
