The morning class hit a short little WOD:
10-9-8…3-2-1
Push Press (95/65)
Knees to Elbows
Box Jumps

The O. Lifting Class Worked on Snatch Balances progessions.
5 X 2 sets Pressing Snatch Balance
5 X 2 sets Heaving Snatch Balance
5 X 2 sets Snatch Balance

This was followed by a paired down version of the AM WOD as a team workout and only hitting the even numbers.

Only progressing to the next exercise after each member of the pair completed the first exercise.

Cashout in the evening was 40 Mountain Climbers (you may see them again soon).

The Saturday 8am class will doing FGB as will the 10am class. The 8 class will be hitting FGB at 8 sharp so be warmed up!
