The limiting factor for most was the OverHead Squats.

2 Rounds of 2 Cleans from the floor
Part 3)
2 Rounds of 1 Clean approaching 1 rep max Clean

I never like missing an Olympic lifting class but I had a good time at Element CrossFit in Mississauga, ON. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who is in the Pearson Airport area.
