Almost 60 people training today over 4 classes!! Thank you to all of the trainers for helping out.
Fundamentals: after reviewing the Deadlift, we worked on the Front Squat and Wall Ball Shots. Their workout was a partner workout where each person did 15 Wall Ball Shots and then each person did 15 Push Ups for a total of four rounds.

Teen Fundamentals: after working on the Deadlift and Front Squat, the teens did a modified version of Fran (21-15-9 of Thrusters and Jumping Pull Ups). The kids did great posting some solid times.

WOD: the regular group warmed up with 10 Shoulder Passthroughs, 10 Sit Ups, 10 Overhead Squats, 10 Supermans. The workout was Diane which is 21-15-9 of:

Dan was the man today posting a great time with technically solid 225 lb deadlifts showing where Nigel and Nathan (yesterdays top dog) got the CrossFit gene.
