Officer Deb – so proud of you

Well, tomorrow is a very special day for our Deb, aka Hard Core. It’s graduation from the RCMP and we are waiting anxiously Deb for your return.
We’ve missed you and Parker around the box, and can’t wait to celebrate with a little WOD (and toast) in your honour.

Awesome to see you at CrossFit last night Deb! Hoping you can get a workout or two in while you are home.
It was nice to be back last night, even just to watch all of you in pain! I’m not going to lie I’m pretty nervous about going to a WOD, with everything going on in the past month there was not a lot of focus on working out. I know it’s going to be painful but looking forward to it.
