It was a busy morning at CF PEI with our new Saturday split class (8:00 and 10:00). After warming up, each group hit a bit of a chipper with some running in groups of three.
400m run
10 Tire Flips
25 Burpees
400m run
15 Deadlifts
30 Box Jumps
400m run
20 Push Press
50 Air Squats
The times depended on the weight chosen with some people maxing out at 185/275 on the deadlifts or if you hit the big box for the box jumps. The best time was just under 13 minutes with most people in the 16 to 17 minute range.
In between these classes the Fundamentals class and the Teens class both ran at 9:00 but as two separate groups.
The Fundamentals class did great finishing with a workout of 4 rounds of:
6 Jumping Pull Ups
6 Ball Slams
6 Shoulder Press (with dowel)
6 Air Squats
Our first teen class did awesome with the girls edging the boys in the team workout by one squat!
