Here is a great pic of Steve at Cape Spear last week doing the easternmost hand stand in North America.
Today’s warm up was 2 rounds of:
10 Med Ball Cleans
10 Overhead Squats
10 Shoulder Passthroughs
10 Pull Ups
The workout was a taste of Fight Gone Bad with two alternating tabatas of:
Shoulder Press (75/55)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55)
The cash out was: Squat Therapy, Samson Stretch and 3 Turkish Get Ups.
The first couple of rounds were fine then it got brutal. What was worse? Minimum numbers for each exercise for the evening class are listed below:

What I managed to scribble looked like a 7, but my push presses were actually 9. Also, props to Suzanne, who did the workout in between a wedding ceremony and reception!

Thanks Sarah and Mike. It was fun to squeeze the workout in…we made it to the reception just before the head table was going to be introduced. It added a whole new element to “time” for this work out!
