Today we hit it hard with a workout I did with the famous Chuck Carswell (featured today on the .com and games websites) when I was up teaching in Montreal a co. wks ago. So we tried it on in honor of Chuck.
Warm-up was 10 OverHead Squats, 10 Situps, 10 Back Extensions, 10 Walking Lunges
Workout: 5 Rounds for time of
5 HandStand Pushups
10 Chest to Bar Pullups
15 DeadLifts 185# guys, 135# gals
20 Double Unders
There were so amazing fast times in the 12 and 13 minute range!

This was a lot of fun. Can’t wait for my new Buddy Lee skipping rope (the one I was using tonight fell apart in the first round).
The deadlifts were the killer on this although complying with the Chest to the Bar standard for the pull ups was not fun either.

Chest to the bar, not so easy. I also kept my deadlifts lighter last night otherwise it would have taken me a lot longer.
Chest to Bar was definitely a new challenge, thanks for adding those in.
chest to the bar….geesh…I am thrilled when I get eye level!
