We started a new warm-up for the next week which will help re-inforce the Med Ball Clean.
The workout was a strength one. We did 5 Round of 3 Reps per round of Clean and Jerk.
People threw around some serious weight. Josh showed some great form
going over 200 lbs! Lots of people pushed their limits which was great
to see.

What time is tomorrows WOD?
This Saturday’s class time will be at the regular 10am. I’ll be discussing a new potential time with folks then. I’m leaning towards 8:30.
really? darn….I run at 7:30 on saturday mornings until about 9
