The Wednesday morning classes started with Glen yesterday. He ran them through the same workout as the evening class.
The workout was 4 rounds for time of:
15 SumoDead Lift High Pulls (95/65)
15 Walking Lunges with Dumbell (Waiter’s walk)
Some good times were posted for this tough workout. The plan is to
continue this Wed. am workouts and Glen will be leading them, and the
Wed. evening class will continue as its been at 8pm.
Some of have asked if there was a workout Monday the 20th and there certainly was, just didn’t get posted it.
We did AMRAP in 20 minutes of 3 Thrusters, 5 Hang Power Cleans and 10
SumoDead Lift High Pulls per round. Some very good round totals were
posted.
There is tentative plans for a GIG (Give it a Go) Class to be held next
Saturday, November 1st. Time and details will be posted in the
next day or so.
