Stayed with the same warm up as the last couple of days – everyone is showing good improvement on their technique. The workout was:

Row 1000m
75 Wall Balls (20lbs / 14 lbs)
50 Pull Ups

You timed how long it took to do each of the above and could take as much time as you wanted between each. Jeff killed this with a time of 8:46.
