Today we did 3 sets for time of:

  • 15 pull ups
  • 10 dead lifts
  • 10 push ups
  • 5 hanging cleans
  • 15 kettlebell swings

I thought my forearms were going to explode (I would make a crappy Popeye).

Dave is continuing to do a great job bringing our initial group up to speed. I don’t think we will be representing at this years CrossFit Games but we are all seeing significant improvements.
