Not sure what the workout was today. I don’t remember it having a
name but I will call it the “3 Sevens” – 5 sets of 7 Pull Ups, 7
Thrusters and 7 Burpees.

It doesn’t sound like much … until you hit that 5 minute mark. Awesome workout Dave! Great warmup too.
